Each participant will receive an identification badge. This badge should be used throughout the Conference for access to scientific sessions, break areas and social events.
The participation certificate will be sent by email after the conference.
The organizers cannot assume liability for changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

Residents in the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand do not require a visa for stays up to 3 months, only a valid passport is required. All other participants should verify the requirements to apply for a visa.
